Almost all the houses in US do not follow Vastu for Home guidelines but still can be rectified with simple solutions to give positive results. However there are some major Vastu Dosh which cannot be rectified.
Few of these basic rules can help in buying process. These rules are based on Vastu Directions and cover Vastu for Home Entrance, Vastu Kitchen Location, Vastu Toilet location, Vastu bedroom location.
1. Avoid #Entrance ( back entrance/ garage entrance) between South and South West of the house.
2. Avoid #Kitchen roughly from North to East of the house.
3. Avoid Kitchen roughly between South And South West of the house.
4. Avoid #Toilets around North East, Center and South West of the house.
5. #Master Bedroom should be avoided right above the kitchen.
6. Master Bedroom should not be in North East and South East of the house.
#VASTU MYTHS: These are completely wrong assumptions and you might lose on some good houses if you go for these houses only.
1. Only North and East facing houses are good.
2. Master Bedroom should only be in South West.
3. Kitchen should only be in the South East.
